I bought a Nokia 701 Mobile handset during Oct 2011 and till now the handset is giving frequent problem of Battery -suddenly and goes off, hangs while any application is opened etc.,

It was communicated to Nokia Care several times and the handset was handed-over to them for replacement almost 5 times and every time, they return the same handset after a week or 10 days without doing anything nor they replace the same, in-spite of their commitments to do so at their center in Rohini ( Dexertes Digital Lab ) located near M2K Rohini.

I personally visited them more than 12 times and made calls to Nokia care centre almost 4 to 5 times a day since I bought this WORST MOBILE HANDSET I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.

In Nokia Care Center, nobody cares the customers / consumers...

Only God or Consumer Court can get me replacement of the Nokia 701 handset.
