dell mobile complaint I have dell xcd 35 mobile phone.I purchased it last month.It's upper glass screen acciedently crack by me.When I reach dell care they tell me that cracking of screen is not under Gurranty so the cost of screen is Rs.2000.I feel that this cost is too much as compaired to handset because I purchased this handset of cost Rs.8400.I also felt that its hardware quaility is very low because its screen crack from sliping my hand from a height of 3 feet.Its charger has also very low quaility plastic because its cable crack automattecally.I request to court for decreasing in screen cost and dell compene give me all new assesories.

dell complaint Hai.....I have dell xcd 35 mobile phone.I purchase the mobile three month back.my mobile got the complaint.i was gaven the service center.to the service on the 7th feb.but there is no response on dat center. when i am ask to dat guys there is no response at dat center.44days was complt i was gaven the mobile to the service center.but there is on response by the company &service center.the great service center was located at visakapatnam.what i have to do know.....?hai.... guys ds's my requst for every one dont buy the dell mobile products.becouse of the irresponse of the service .

dell xcd35 complaint I have dell xcd 35 mobile phone.I purchase the mobile at december,,and i got problem that the phone automaticly swiched off some time and i need to start it again....and one day it stoped working i try to start that phone bt it could not ,,, so i gave to the service center and they told me that the phone will come after 2 months ,,,, i have given that at service center at 24-4-2012 and i still not get it ,,, if i ask to service center they tell me we havent got your phone from company ,,,today is 3-7-12,,,, the phone is register at name "priyesh badshah" ....plz help me

no reception of dell phone xcd 35 from sevice center sir, i have submitted my dell xcd 35 from around 4 july.but till date i haven't got my phone back.they assured to change my phone ,but dates are just increasing.the service center is at bhubaneswar.so please take some action against them and let me have my phone.plzzzzzzzzzz.

DELL XCD 35 replacement issue I had given my dell xcd 35 phone at the dell service center
for replacement as they found it was deffective on 11 june 2012. i was told it will take 25-45 days to get the newphone as its in waranty. it has been 2months and they still dont have stock to replace my phone. i have sent an email to
dellindia_telecoms@dell.com. i got a reply saying it will be replaced next week. but the service center tech keeps postponing it every week. and they say
they dont have stock. I had made
a big mistake by
getting this phone. can some
one help getout of this mess. Should'nt DELL refund money if they cant replace their deffective product? Why cant DELL give another model phone which works properly if

complaint regarding dell aero 354773040036505 mobile hand set i have purchased dell aero 354773040036505 mobile hand set on 30-8-2011 from Electro pacific,s.c.o1024,sector 22-b vide bill no 1007031.i launched a complaint through my mob 9469374677 from srinagar for on line repair but i waz told by the customer care representative from ur service centre sco-477-478, sec 35 c on phone no. 01726570856 that as ur touch screen has a problem so u have to bring it to the service centre.my husband is in defence posted at srinagar i have sent the mob to chandigarh as there is no service centre at srinagar.it will reach before 30-8-2012.kindly replace/repair at the earliest.

dell Aero Display non functioning i purchased above mentioned mobile phone from Batra Gadget World Ludhiana on 24th sep. 2011.Its display stops functioning and i deposited the product with Accel Care Centre Pakhowal Road ludhiana on15th,June2012.Till date no reply from your side .Very sorry state of affairs on your side.I am in dire need of a mobile .Please look in to the matter and replace the product under warranty. Please be up to the repute of international organisation.

Bad service of dell mobile products.. Last night my Dell Phone got wet in Rain.. Today when i turned the phone ON.. It worked well except for the display.. I went to the dell service centre at Vastrapur/Ahmedabad.. Those people told me that they dont have the displays and that they dont repair the phones.. And they also told me to go to a local repair shop for my problem. But i am unable to find out the display of this phone..

Complaint for non receipt of mobile It is intimated that the I have submitted my mobile model No. Dell XCD 35 (IMEI 30031105010495169) with Accel Frontline Services Limited, SCO No. 179-180, 3rd Floor, Sector 17-C, Chandigarh (Dell service center) on 18.07.2012 due to the problem that the screen of the mobile is not working. However, the mobile is under warranty, as the same has been purchased by me in the month October, 2011 (on Diwali). Now, approximately two months have been lapsed but my mobile is still lying with the company. It really is a matter of harassment for the consumer, as out of 12 months of warranty two months of warranty has been consumed by the company for the repair of the device, which is beyond the law of natural justice.
Please look in to the matter and replace the product under warranty. Please be up to the repute of international
organisation.

dell mobile I bought one dell xcd35(imei 3554040323425) dated 14/11/11.
After some 7 months it's microphone started malfunctioning.
I went to the service center(digicomp complete solutions)

and said we will call you when stock will come.But they didn't. I called them

it will come next monday. I would want to know whats happening .Are the service center people lying or dell money suckers .
When I call the customer care, they give me a different customer care number or email-ID.They don't clear the matter at the same time.
I thought dell
is a respected company but it isn't. Are you people waiting to end the warranty period so that you
don't have to provide the mobile.Or you it's india so you can do anything .
Either your give me fresh piece with full warranty or refund the double amount for the time your
people wasted fooling around and keeping me tension.

I Purchased a dell venue pro mobile using fashionandyou online shopping website in january 2011, which had 6 months seller warranty. As i am working in kenya i asked one of my friend to get it from india to kenya. After using that mobile for a 4 months it could not be powered ON. So i could not send it back to india and i was waiting for my vacation. After 9 months i went back to india and visited dell service center to get it repaired. The shocking news was that this mobile could not get serviced in india and i need to send this mobile to USA spending 260$ to get it serviced. I also contacted fashion and you website support for this and they are just going round and round and wasting the time. they are not helping me.
My question is
1. How can a company sell customers mobile which cant be serviced in INDIA?
2. How can a customer spending 280$ for mobile will spend 260$ for getting it serviced?
3. From where do these online website people getting products and cheating customers?
4. We are struggling hard day and night to make money and these people are sucking our blood?
5. Does any law says that the product sold to any customer should be serviced only in INDIA?
6.Is there any law to support my statement? any law to sue these online shopping website?
I told dell people i can spend 3000INR to get it serviced. But they say that this mobile was not launched in india so they cannot help me. Rather i need to send this mobile to USA.
Is this a solution for the consumers in INDIA?
How can i be helped???
