Hi Sir/Madam

I have purchased new Blackberry 9360 from a retail shop in Delhi nearly 2 months back. And a month back I faced a hanging problem in my set so I deposited my set @ Khurana Brothers, Janakpuri, Delhi on 31-Dec-2011 and got assurity that I will get my handset back in 7-10 days. But it’s a month now and I haven’t got my handset back and the service centre is not picking my calls even. They are the black marketers sitting on desk.

Updates: No updates, when asked about my set got a very flawed response from the team present there.


When I tried to contact the service center where i deposited my handset got very rude reply and they are not returning/replacing my handset and its one month now and as per their commitment they had to return in 7-10 days. Please take some action against Blackberry or Service Center.
