3 months back I bought NOKIA mobile model 7210 Supernova with IMEI Number 351962634395158. Unfortunately it fell down and Display is broken.
On 8thAugust2009 Morning I went to NOKIA Care at K.N. Services, 34, Corner Market, MalviyaNagar. He said it will take 2 hours. After 2 hours he said it was fixed but SIM card is not detecting and he said it will take one week time ie by 17thAugust2009 it will be ready.
On 17th he(Amit Atri, Manager) called and he said it's not yet ready, it will take one more week ie 25thAugust2009.
On 25th again he called and told it will take one more week, then i went to NOKIA Care and I asked him my mobile back in same condition, he said even to give it back it will take 2 days, When I ask how long it will take for repair he said Maximum one week ie 2ndSeptember2009. That means today.
Today till 1'0 clock he even didn't call. I called him, then he gave the phone to some other guy he is saying it will take one more week.
When I checked my mobile status in online (namscareonline) with my job sheet number : 145433527/090808/43 there it says Colsed-Sent to L3.
I even talked to NOKIA CustomerCare today. They said that can tell anything after 48 hours. and gave complaint number 1-7903308291.
I am fed up with their service, I want to take action against them so that no one will suffer in future like me.
Please do some thing.
