I was purchase a spice mobile (model no D5555 imei no. 910040840064492 at Rs.4500/-) on date 25/07/2011 after one month of use set get hang given the set spice mobile service centre lucknow,after four or visit to service centre i get my mobile after three and half month they provide me set with the same problem for what problem i had given.I requested to replace my set but they deny and agian a week after they back set with nominal repair,after one day of use set again creating verious new problem like charging and call waiting interupption and many more, i surprised to see lackness of spice mobile company that after registered a complain to cuctomer care they dint take any action or feed back to their customer, still to day (date is 29/01/2012) i am suffering problem with this mobile.
