I want to draw your kind attention towardsThe Nokia Care center,Rourkela.

Purchased a Nokia set X2 in Rourkela on 4th May, 2011 and since then the set started giving me problem on different aspects. Fed up with the nature of continuous hanging of the mobile I took it to Nokia center on 3-Jan-2012. They kept the set for 2 days and then called me back to inform me that the need to change the IC and LCD and for which they charged me 650 Rs. When I informed them that this is being covered under warranty they told this particular part the company would not take care of.


After bringing the set back it was same to same with the problem and I took it back again on 27th Jan, 2012 and today they delivered stating it is working fine.


Coming back home the same problem still exist till date without any fault being rectified at all.


I would urge for the Handset replacement by Nokia and return my money back that has been charged against the repairing stating some false statement.


I would also urge to take the strictest action against the miscreants who take people for a ride at service centers.
