I am complaining about Samsung Service Centre Which is situated at Baidnath Electronics,Nutan Tower,Near Colony More,Kankarbagh,Patna-20.
The service is very poor here,and the people working there doesn't know hot to behave.I have Samsung GT-S8530 & GT-S8500.I have experienced some problem in my
GT-S8530,the speakers aren't working perfectly and the volume has reduced,i submitted the handset to samsung care where they taken 1 months to repair it,but still my handset wasn't repaired,they had given me other's handset when i returned that handset and asked for mine,they argued but after that they return my handset which wasn't repaired,when i took that handset to them they said that it's perfect but it wasn't.
At 20th Jan 2012,i had submitted my GT-S8500 to that service centre because my camera key wasn't working,they said that we will repair it in 1-2 days.
I have gone there multiple times for my handset but their answer remains same that they will return it in 1-2 days,pls wait some day.
It's 27 jan today but i haven't received my handset yet,Please Help
