i purchased nokia E-6-00 in nov.2011 .bt after one month i got problem of hanging in it..then there no other option of removing battery from it...3-4 times it happened with me..thn i day founded that its back lock pannel has turned down 2 loosened ..n visited to service center in alwar only..he opened my cellphone n showed there's a internal breakage in it...which cant be seen from outside ..may b seen aftr opening of cellphone screws,they said you should alwaz laminate your cellphone to tighten the back lock pannel...so that it may not fall....but i requested them to make it in replacement ..but they denied my request.. i visited twice with them n trice to dealer, but they didnt gave me response..i had also complaint on nokia care through phone ...but they aslo didnt gave me respond through complaint number, i m totally broken ..now i decided to complaint in consumer court...so sir i"ll be kind of you..if you"ll help n sort out my problem...thanking you..
