Hello. I had bought a Blackberry 9900 in September2011. It has 18months warranty. Recently it started having problems and I gave it to service center and they said it was a software issue and that by upgrading the software they have fixed the problem. But the problem was not fixed. Again I gave the phone for repair and after 7days they say that the parts in the phone have been burnt and it cannot be fixed. The refused to fix the phone and are asking for 80% of the cost of the new phone to fix it.
