I Bought a Nokia Cell Phone on February 28, 2011.

1. In the month of July I found that [COLOR=#009900 !important]touch pad[/COLOR] is not working. I [COLOR=#009900 !important]submitted[/COLOR] my phone on July 16, 2011. After 25 Days I got it back on August 10,
2011.

2. On January 10, 2012 I found that right side of touch pad is not working. Again I submitted my phone on January 12, 2012. And got back on Jan
16th.

3. On Jan 19th evening again touch pad started erratic behave. Today (20.01.2012) I have submitted my phone once again. I don't know when I
will get back it.

My [COLOR=#009900 !important]observation[/COLOR] on this phone - "It has generic problem" or "Nokia doesn't want to repair it properly, because Warranty Support will be over on March 01, 2012. Then they will get start charging for every time.

[COLOR=#009900 !important]Finally[/COLOR] I want a replacement set or refund from Nokia.
