My name is Vikrant.
I bought a micromax handset model X-360 on 29.05.10 for Rs.3,700/-.
As it became dead, I submitted it for repairing to Micromax service centre - Printonix S-529, School Block, Shakarpur, Delhi (costumer job card number PRN/LA/0109010-27, FARM NO.483223) on 01.09.10. They promise to repair it within a week, but they did not. After few months that service centre was closed.
Now i contacted Micromax, They said they can do nothing. This is cheating.
I request you to help me get back repaired handset or refund my money.
