    Default Naaptol Cheats Customer and send faulty handset

    I have purchased Blackberry 9630 tour from Naaptol Order No:3084661 and they have send me the mobile but the thing is they have send me CDMA handset and that i don't want.i want gsm handset.The handset which You have provided is CDMA and it isupport sprint and always one pop is there that "ACTIVATION REQUIRED" is there on mobile screen.i have taken blackberry for internet purposes and for official mail configuration also,but when i activated blackberry services then it can't get activated,i called to tata docomo customer care and he told me that your handset is CDMA not GSM,so we can't support,thats wy the services will not get activated.wy u are cheating the customer??????? U have send sprint blackberry handset to me and now ur customer care can't listen to me.Naaptol cheats the customer and after sending you 4 emails,you have not replied even a single one.

    Thanks for ur reply and i will send you the product within some day.But one thing i like to ask you is that you have send me blackberry handset but you have not send me any receipt,invoices to me.Is this a genuine thing or fraud????You first thing a faulty handset and u can't send invoices,receipt and warranty card to me.And in ur clause u have written that "Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund."Can u plz tell me wat it mean, as i have not recieved any invoices from your side and again i tell you that Please don't revert me back the same CDMA phone,as in the back side of phone it is clearly mention CDMA 3G and ur customer care damn care about the customer,he just convey his thing and can't listen to the customer.I want Receipt of my phone bill,and watever i heard about naaptol is not gud..so i am little bit worried and i am not sure will i get my phone back or not??if i send my phone to ur place for repair.It's my request to u that plz replace it and send new one,currently i am facing multiple issue in it.

    Dear team i purchased one blackberry mobile form the naptol.com i received the same on 26 jan 2012.Now they send me with out battery the moblie is blackberry 8330.I am already having one black berry same model mobile .When i used the battery of the my old mobile and started the blackberry send by naptol. not is working only reliance logo is comming .and after some time connection error is 523 is showing . when i complaint them for the cheating .there reply is not proper .I have paid them money pls help me in getting my money back .As naptol is actually cheating the customer .regards rajesh mishra 09319967379 my order no is 3286642

    Hi,

    Today i have shipped you the blackberry handset from DTDC Courier to your Address and i have put one note in it in which i have written the problem facing with this blackberry 9630.I have also put the invoice copy in it.but i forgot to write order no. on top of courier.But under the case when it being open invoice is there in which order no. is there,so i don't think it create a problem.I have shipped it from new delhi as now i am here.One request is not to send the same CDMA handset to me.This time send me GSM handset or else refund my money.

    DTDC Courier and AWB no. is V06930839.This is the detail which i am providing you and i hope this time you will not repeat the same thing which you have done earlier.This time i want GSM handset,not CDMA handset and don't tell again that both are same..Functionality is different and i told you i am taking it for official purpose.

    Today courier guy goes to ur warehouse address,but the office was closed .Can't you track the courier from your side or can't you followup with DTDC Courier guy.If courier got return then my rs. 300 be wasted and now i don't want to take any tension from naaptol side.So please followup with courier and till monday take the courier .Track the courier and don't harrash the customer

    Thanks for reply.But still it doubt for me that will you refund my money or not,Because the review which i got is not gud and thats wy it creating a doubt in my mind.I have few question

    1.)If you are refunding then wy are you refunding via cheque,wy can't you transfer directly to my bank account through which i have paid you.

    2.)on which address do you send the cheque as you are saying.???
