I purchased sony ericsson W150i Yendo in June 2011. Since it was hanging from day one i got its software updated thrice and changed the mother board once from the service center. Still it didn't work properly and i asked for a replacement. Now what these people did is that they offered me the replacement with Cedar whose market price value is Rs 600 less then that of Yendo. Even if they go by MRP cedar is of atleat Rs600 lesser then Yendo. Now I do not understand that why am I even supposed to accept a replacement of a lesser price value. I have spoken to them about ten times by now but they are not ready to give the cell phone of the same value or higher then that.
What should I do?
