I purchased nokia-c5 03 touchpad mobile in march-2011.in oct'2011 touchpad failed.so i brought the phone to nokia service center .there they updated softwares and returned the phone.but again i faced the same problem.they told that the touchpad had to be changed and that time they did not have stock also.they asked me to wait and i was told that i would be called .but nearly after 20 days i reminded them for that also they gave the same answer.two days back i called them for that they asked me to come there aand get the touchpad changed.but after going there they told me to wait for 2 days after getting the phone.but today they called me and informed that i have to wait for one week.
In this incident i hd been going to care center for nearly 5 times wasting all my time.
