    Unhappy againest Naaptol froud

    Sir ,
    i purchase a htc g1 android mobile handset by Naaptol but he send me a used handset it usb not working
    blue tooth also not working i complain in Naaptol he tell me that he solved my complain with in 7 day's
    he don't want to solve my complain i call them 10 to 15 but no satification answer by them i m tired can
    can u help me my order no. is 3142772 purchase date is 31/12/2011.

    sir i purchase HTC G1 androide mobile by naaptol but lot of problem in mobile i complain in cunsume cort then reply me by naaptol and call me to replace mobile phone. told me that send mobile on Infinity Global A/9 Bonaza Industrial Estate Ashok Road Kandivali Mumbai. i send it he told me that he replace my mobile. 4 to 5 days but no reply by him ..... i send my mobile by Blue Dart Couriour Date of Shipment 25/01/12 Blue Dart AWD No. 39906807150 my naaptol order no is 3142772.

    I Have Ordered HTC G1 Mobile From Naaptol , I got the Mobile And Paid: 7198 Rupees. It Worked Only 1 hour And After that Suddenly Switched Off.

    I Called the Naaptol Customer care, They said they are not suppose to take the complaint and they have service team to take complaints.
    He gave me 2 Numbers to call They are:09223516148 ,0922352648.

    I have called to that numbers and IVRS saying to stay online, Almost 13 calls still saying stay online,My Mobile Balance depleted.

    Called Again to coustmer care number i said i am unable to reach that number, and asked to help me. I recived the foolish Reply as Same

    that they are not responsible for any complaints and still saying to call that numbers and saying to stay online till the call reach

    from IVRS to an executive.

    I Got very harassed situation from the Naaptol. One Person from Naaptol Called me and asked that we send you mobile did u received it?

    I said I received a mobile but its not working and he said same to call that numbers, I said the problem not connecting call, He said

    sorry i cant help you try and try try to that numbers only,;;;;;;OH My God Very Very Bad Company.

    Default Not providing product as per offer

    I have Purchased and received HTC G1 Android Mobile from Naaptol.com on 21.3.2012 but with some problems. My Order No. is 3639433.
    As per your offer and order I had made to you there should be branded bluetooth and 1gb card as free gift with the product. Insted I have received 2 gb card only. I have not received FREE BLUETOOTH with the product.

    I have called many times since I received the product but the representative were always busy on another call. When I received call from your office to confirm that whether I received my product or not, I told him the above fact. But the guy on the phone was said that he cant help me as its problem of Customer Care department, and suggest me to call on Customer Care helpline No. 09223516148 or to mail on support@naaptol.com. I sent a letter twice to your this mail address (on 22nd March and 23rd March, both is attached below this mail), but there were no reply from your end.

    Today morning I tried your Customer Care helpline No. 09223516148 again and by my luck I came into contact with your customer representative. I told her everything but she told that she cant help me bcoz the complaint being launched after 24 hours of receipt of product. I tried to convince her by many ways but she didn't in state of mind of listening. After putting many efforts she agreed to note my complaint and send me SMS containing my complaint registration Number which is 2659706. So, here by I request you to solve my above problem.

    I suppose that you are wise enough who will not let me do this.

    I purchased black berry strom 9530.My order number is 722125 but unfortunately the phone was not working. i tried the customer care number o9223516148 and 09223526148 but these guys didn't help me out. naaptol promises money back guaranty but even they don't bother to respond after delivery priyanka singh 9304060110

    sir i have order anjali dineerset from internet o 9/3/2012 my order no-3596889 through internet and the product is shipped via Mumbai Quantium Post,AWB no-Q2000004906IN mumbai which i got on 31/3/2012 at khelari post office after opening the parcel i got only papers filling in the box.there is not any dinner set

    This is to bring in to your notice that
    I have ordered a Nokia Bluetooth sterio headset BH-503 through Naaptol
    My order no. was 3819117 and they have dispatched the same through mumbai quantium post, AWB No. Q6000015346 IN
    First of all i have not received the item on time as they use to commit/ promise that will deliever the same with in 7 to 10 working days, i have collected the same through mazra post office dehradun.i don't got door delievery and despite of that the device is not working, and they are not giving any response, telling to go to nearby nokia phone shop.
    I have tried many times their customer care for the same but not got any positive feedback from their side.
    the bluetooth of that device is not working and i am unablt to use that device.
    i have wasted my 1399 rs in such a useless thing, if would be buying from a showroom i could have been enjoying

    but they have cheated me.
    please take strict and fast action against them, they have no right to befool the customer.

    We are sorry to note that the item that you have purchased through the order no-3819117 & you have received damage/defective product.This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

    As per our telephonic conversation request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
    * Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
    * Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

    Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a refund.
    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

    Kindly write back to us at contact@naaptol.com or call us at 09223516148 & help us with the awb# & cheque favoring name.

    It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.

    Thanks for writing.
    But i would like to inform you that blue dart is not nearby me.
    On your recommendation i ordered the product at my uncle's address i.e. Mr. Ashish Gupta, dehradun as the service is not available at najibabad.
    you are saying to adhere your term and conditions strictly. but sorry to say first of all you improve your service adherence.If you are committing any thing to your customer then you must stand by on your commitments.
    You have no right to cheat any customer by giving false statements.how can you say it is very rare and unfortunate case. As the forum is itself a witness that i am not the first one hwo is facing the same problem.
    i will send back that useless item to you as early as possible but just think for doing so i have to go to some other place as blue dart is not nearby,
    provide me some alternate or suggest me what should i do?
