I purchased a Sony Ericsson newly launched text phone Model No: Ck13i from Moradabad 45 days back. In the start the handset was working fine but when I tried to use Vodafone Postpaid Sim in this handset I found that the Handset is not supporting Vodafone Postpaid SimCards (I have tested that by trying 5-6 postpaid Sim cards).

I called the Sony Ericsson customer care several times but I didn't got any proper answer from their side. I also visited the Sony Ericsson Service center located at Cunningham Road, Bangalore and they said they tried to update the software and the problem is in Sim card.
In last these people asked me to CHANGE MY NUMBER in order to use the mobile.

I have always used Sony Ericsson mobiles from the starting but now I have lost my faith. They have launched a mobile without proper testing with all the operators and now they are not giving proper support for it as well.
