I purchased sony ericsson x10 on 03-06-2011. (IMEI NO 012560005818850). I have facing a number of problems in this handset which are listed below:

1. The network goes off in the phone every 5 mins. Not a fault of my simcard as network comes when i insert my sim in any other handset.
2. At times the outgoing calls and messages are blocked without any reason.
3. The cell hangs very frequently and there is often problem using the android market.

When i went to the authorised service center (NEOSA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD, RASHBIHARI, KOLKATA) they asked me:
1st visit: to do some software updates.
2nd visit:
they asked me to change my simcard. The problem persisted even after changind the sim, number, connection, etc, etc..
3rd visit: they submitted my phone ON 3RD dec, 2011 for a month!! (job-sheet no SE31145312062) I got my phone back on 5th Jan, 2012. they said that the motherboard has been replaced (IMEI NO 12685007976941).

BUT NOW ALSO I'M FACING THE SAME OLD PROBLEMS. I GENERALLY DO NOT HAVE NETWORK IN MY PHONE EVEN I'M IN MAIN AREAS OF KOLKATA. THE OUTGOING OF THE PHONE GETS BLOCKED EVERY NOW AND THEN..

SONY ERICSSON X10 LACKS THE MOST BASIC FEATURES WHICH A HANDSET SHOULD HAVE. WITH A HANDSET WITH NO NETWORK AND BLOCKED OUTGOING WHAT M I SUPPOSED TO DO?? PLAY GAMES?? HAD I KNOWN ABOUT ITS DEFAULTS, I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED A PLAY STATION INSTEAD!!

PLEASE SUGGEST THE REMEDIES WHICH I HAVE AGAINST THE COMPANY
