sir i brought samsung galaxy r for rs.23,500 on 9.12.11 from samsung showroom at delhi, they assured 1 year warranty. mobile is not getting on - dead, for last 1 week, not functioning after 20 days from its purchase date. when i contacted the service centre they are refusing to replace. the answer given by them is replacement possible only within 4 days from the date of purchase. this is entirely of a faulty mobile, then why they are refusing to replace? the mobile is in its warranty peroid. plz help
