Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a micromax Mobile On 16-9-2011 Having 1 Yr Warranty period.

After two months of Purchase, Charging Problem Occured as Mobile Was not able To Charge,
On 16-Nov-2011 I have Submitted My mobile at Service Centre.

Service Center Representative Had Inform me That he Will Call me, After he Receive The Repaired Mobile.

I have Visited the Shop So Many Times they people are Saying That they haven't got Any Response yet, i have Call the Customer Care

executives also. Today is 16-jan-2012 They want another 18 days more time. Sir A Standard Repairing Of A Equipment is 15 Days

or max 1 month, But 2 months have Already Passed Away, neither Service Center team is responding nor Customer Care Executives.

Why More Than 2 months Time has Taken, i also Want To know what work has been Done from 11-Nov-2011 to 16-jan-2012.

I have Attached my mobile Bill & Service Center Receipt . kindly Do the needfull
