I have purchased Nokia C6-00 mobile from Alfa, Vile Parle(West) for Rs. 12250 and having IMEI No. 357901047228042 on 03/12/2011. But from the very next day my mobile started hanging and i thought that the problem will be solved automatically, but I was wrong and then i contacted Nokia Care Line they suggested me to Update software from Nokia Service Centre and I have uploaded the software from Goldline Infotech on 12/12/2011 bearing Job sheet no. 574504867/111212/59, but I didnt got any solution then my mobile was Hanging as well as switching off also touch was not working propely.Then I againg contacted Nokia Care line and told them about my problem, then they suggested me to Reload the softare from Goldline Infotech and I did on 19/12/2011 and my Job sheet no. was 574504867/111219/42, but this time also my problem was not solved. Then they told me to submit my Handset and I submitted my Handset to Goldline Infotech on 27/12/2011 and I got my handset on 28/12/2011, but this time also I didnt got any relief and my Handset was Hanging, Switching off, Touch not working propely, mobile was also very slow. Then they told me to submit the handset for Head office(Delhi), and I have submitted my Handset to Goldline Infotech to send it to delhi on 30/12/2011 and job sheet No. was 574504867/111230/50. That time I told them to Replace my Faulty handset but they were not ready and gave assurance that you will not face any problem hence forth and I got ready to accept my handset. I got my handset on 07/01/2012 from Goldline Infotech(branch of Nokia Service Centre), but this time also my problem was not solved and my handet was still Hanging, Switching off, Working slow and one more problem has arised that is a line is coming in the middle of the screen and one side the screen looks blank and other side application opens and I have showed this problem to Goldline infotech Person and he has also surpriced by seeing this problem and again suggested me to resubmit Handset for Delhi and i have submitted Handset on 10/01/2012 bearing Job sheet no. 574504867/120110/41. Now I want refund or replacement of my handset and I am not getting any proper reply from Nokia. Sir please help me how I can fight for justice, and please help me to get justice.
