I have placed order of Blackberry on 23rd April with the hope that 2-7 days (in Delhi) they will deliver the goods and paid online payment. My order number533087. They have main office in Noida, which is very close to Mayur Vihar-III, which was mailing address for my delivery.

Whenever we call up call center to find out the staus, simply they do no have any details stored (what is the purpose of call center) in their computer and very rude and standard talk off is "we have time to delivery you goods".

Going thru some of the complaints here, I feel this people trying to cheat the public and I am afraid that whether we have any regulatories to protect the interest of consumer.

Request your assistance how to approach consumer court and what steps need to be followed.
