I am Srinivas, I have purchased a lava a10 mobile at CELL point center, ameerpet, Hyderabad,AP on JAN 2011. After 6 months i got a problem with touchscreen( not working properly). On 11 oct i walked down to service center at Cellular Care Center, Shop:1,Ground Floor,Maheshaware Chambers,Beside Madinova Hospital,Somajiguda, Hyderabad and handover the mobile with case id LIN11A13210746, they said it would take 10 days to resolve the issue, I was called after 10 days again they said it would take another 10 days, it’s been 3 months now still my issue is not yet resolved, still they are saying it would take another 10 days to resolve the issue.

Response from the Service center is not Fair. could you please look into this and resolve my issue as early as possible.
