    Default Complaint of Nokia Care

    Hi,I had buy a nokia C7 phone on date 23/09/2011 but touch screen of that phone start problem we go to the nokia care and describe the problem they update the software and given back the phone to us , after 2 hour the phone again stop working then i again go to the nokia care and now they are saying that due to environment moister in the phone and problem related to moister we will not cover under the warranty and now they are asking for the money to repair the phone. I had bought the phone on 16500/rs and I had not used more than 2 month. If environment is not suitable for the phone than is that my fault.Please help.Umesh Kumar

    Hi,I had buy a nokia 5530 xpressmusic phone on date 05/07/2010 but touch screen of that phone start problem we go to the nokia care and describe the problem they update the software and given back the phone to us , after 2 hour the phone again stop working then i again go to the nokia care and now they are saying that due to environment moister in the phone and problem related to moister we will not cover under the warranty and now they are asking for the money to repair the phone. I had bought the phone on 10,000/rs and I had not used more than 1.5 year .Please help.JINS JOY

    My mobile is a Guranteed period I have purchase a mobile in June 2011 my mobile charging soket is damage i go to nokia care Panchkula Sector 7 he is receiving a Rs. 180 on may 21-2012 he say damage soket is not a gurantee period
    but last month i have also repair a mobile set from Nokia Care at Kurukeshtra same fault

    my mobile is a guarantee period charges of mobile repair Rs. 180/- please refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise i go to consumer court

    Bill No. of mobile repair is 6564 at 7-Mobile SCO66- Sector 7, Panchkula Phone No. 0172-4347896
    mobile repair shop person are also given a miss behave with me

    Hi,
    I have my nokia X3-02 phone – IMEI No: 357387041031626. I had problem with my phone that it’s touch screen was not working, this was happen 2nd time with this phone.
    But main concern is that I got earlier repair from Nokia Skylink, at Chinchwad, Pune – 411033.
    I had same problem now in April and I sent again with Skylink for repair, Job sheet no: 505504867/120429/21.
    After so many days also I’m not getting positive solution from them. They are just fooling & lying to customer.
    No solutions & No replacement is given to me.
    So poor response from NOKIA SKYLINK care.

    I am very disappoint with service from Nokia. I had made complaint on 20th May 2012 Service Request Number: 1-12346081998 and before that on 14th which Service Request No. is 1-12346081998.
    I was suppose to get the update from Nokia regarding this but I haven't got any updates. In fact I called Nokia customer care many times but their answer was "I have to wait for call" .
    This is ridiculous that I have to raise complaint against a my complaint. I had paid them money for this product and services and they are liable to provide service. I will not accept if they are trying to bitch with us.
    Now after so many days around month they are saying that my phone is ready and when I asked them "what is a compensation i will get for the 1 month which i suffer because of you without having a phone?" they are just saying sorry... no action against service center and no compensation to me. Why should I suffer because of their mistakes.
    I WANT REPLACEMENT OF THIS MOBILE OR MONEY BACK. I don't want that repaired mobile coz i know that will again gets failed after some days as it was happen earlier.
    I am writing this because I think somebody has to take action against such behaviors of Indian service providers.
    Please help me.

    I have bought Nokia X1-01 white WITH IMEI:357892044565207EAN # 6438158354869 ,Due to network issues i have handed the Phone to Nokia Care on
    27-04-2012 and its still under warranty ,its been almost one month and there is no response from the service center.And under the warranty Period im not using the phone and warranty will expire within 2 months .what kind of hectic service these people provide.what am i supposed to do..?

    SMS “NCC<space>City Name” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.
