I purchased Videocon Mobile phone of Model No. V1805 but hardly using the same for two days, there is a frequent network failure and it hangs many times.
On dated 28/11/2011 I produced the same before service station at Sambalpur ( Odisha) wherein I was assured of replacement with a new one within 7 days. But for past 45 days, I am used to listen different stories each time I visit Videocon service center.
Now I am afraid of purchasing anything having brand name VIDEOCON for the reasons not only for poor quality but also for very poor service, so please be aware!
