This is bring to the attention of HTC complaint division.
I had bought HTC Incredible S in August 2011. Within a couple of months I have started facing a lot of problems with the phone.
1. Frequent call drops
2. During the call, all of a sudden I am not able to hear the person and sometimes the call gets disconnected. ( many of my colleagues use the same Service provider but none of the face this problem)
3. Frequent signal strength variation that too in the heart of the city.
4. When I check my messages, it takes around 5-6 seconds to load that too when I have a handful of smses. The phone has a ram of 768mb, even then I face this problem
I have repeatedly contacted their Customer care through phone and email.

But they don't even seem to be bothered to even call me.Their complaint division executive Mr Aizaz who is handling my case, is not even bothered to address this issue. I have to call him up every time and not to forget that my call drops occur very frequently. So I end up dialling the number again. I have gone to the HTC service center 4-5 times. I have even submitted my device for repair that too in just 3-4 months after purchase. My phone is well within the WARRANTY period so its eligible for replacement
Mr Aizaz said that HTC doesn't replace phones if there is no Hardware problem. But their service center engineers have no clue about the problem. And Mr Aizaz is now adamant that the phone will not be replaced and is willing to replace the motherboard. Now MOTHERBOARD is an integral part of the phone and is a hardware. Going by his logic the phone should be replaced.
As a customer after paying 25k for a phone, I receive a faulty device and a pathetic after sales service, I feel CHEATED.
I feel I have had enough and don't know how to escalate this issue. I am going to file a case in consumer court but before that I need a positive and favourable reply from HTC.
I hope this complaint draws their attention and I hope they resolve my issue
