Hi,

I have given my Nokia C5 for repairing about 3-4 months ago at nokia service center Aundh, Pune. It was a case of water damage for which They told its a standard procedure which will involve a cost of Rs.3200 as my phone was not even 8 months old which I bought for Rs.7500, so I had no other option but to go for service.....Later there was no call for 1 month or so, I being a working professional didnt have time to regularly follow up with them. When I went to service station after 1 month or so I was told that since this phone was recently launched they dint have the right parts which they desired and suggested me to leave the phone so that they can give it another try.......And since then there has been no call from there side....I have given up hope of ever seeing my phone again as they have given me a piece of paper which they call receipt and being a paper now its misplaced.....As in this duration I have shifted to new apartment.....But I wanted to take this opportunity to shout about it and let everyone know about poor service in this service Center in Aundh Pune.....I dont think professionals in this center are committed to their work......So I request everyone to please ensure and be very clear that they can repair the phone before submitting it for a service........ I donot have document no. of the case..... and I am sure they will not recognize me by my phone no on the document....So I have given up hope of getting that phone back......I think it would have been better if i would have given my phone to local repairing guy....they are much smarter these days.........How can a company launch a phone for which they dont have service parts after one yr of launch and counting..... 3j3792045762304 I guess this ismy phone unique id.....
