Hello Sir,

I bought a Samsung Galaxy R worth 23500/- from the shop named "Neelam Communication" in Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra in the first week of December,2011.
Since I bought the mobile, there has been several problem like frequent hangs , getting switched off , i purchased this samsung mobile on 22 december 2011 and it started facing problem from the 1st day .
It is continuosly getting switched off , and getting hanged , and screen is also not good , white dot is der on display
so please help me ..
Samsung service centre is not helping me .
