I bought a samsung cell phote around 8 months. my matternal brother also bought same set but some features that are present in his cell phone, are absent in mine. when i told this to service center, they refuse to help me and said to go to shopkeeper which is unable to help me because if he is so much educated then he will not open a shop for selling sim cards.
My cell phone goes through software problem continuously. I think my cell phone spend one month duration for repairing in service center. I do not buy it for leaving it on service center for repairing.
