    Default Wants Justice & Compensation

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I m not able to find a word for how to express & by which way to express about the Naaptol, the company who cheating alooooot for his client & we are so frustrated, they are continuously cheating with the clients, so i requested humbly to Court to take the legal action on the company, so that they can learn how to provide the service to client.

    Pl look at carefully the following points:

    ORDER NO : 2602938

    1. I have ordered Vox E phone with Tv from Naaptol order No.2602938 dated 09 Oct 2011.
    2. Executive from Naaptol Ijlesh Chaudhari: he clearly told that your product will receive within 10 working days.
    3. It will deliver to your doorstep & then you have to pay the said money Rs.3199 of product & Rs.199 delivery charge, Total Rs.3498.
    4. Naaptol person clearly told while taking the orderthat if you receive faulty product then we will refund your money.
    5. After so much follow up as i wanted give this phone as a Diwali Gift to my relative, got a call from first flight courier.
    6. Your product have come to our office pl come here & pay & get it as we will not able to give the service to your doorstep.
    7. Naaptol have taken extra charges of Rs. 199 for the same for home delivery. This is the 1st cheating from Naaptol.
    8. I went to courier office of my own expenses, courier office is 60KM from my home & collected the product after paying Rs.3498 on 17.Oct
    2011.
    9. I have opened up the product immediately in that office itself & came to know that:
    a. The phone is not working at all
    b. Phone touch screen is not operating
    c. Phone headset is in damaged condition
    d. Phone battery is not sticking with phone without its back panel. It is fallen down.
    e. The same scenario shown to that First flight courier people they reverted that we cant do anything pl contact to Naaptol.
    10. Immediately contacted on 17 oct 2011 to Naaptol regarding the same for refund as they committed that if you receive faulty product will
    refund your money, they told me that we are taking your complaint you will get a call from company VOX Mobile they will told you waht to
    do. You wait for 48 working hour you will get a call.
    11. So, i waited... waited & continuously followed with Naaptol regarding about faulty product received, every time they told that you will get a
    call from company. As diwali is coming closer & wants to gift the phone to my relative so i follow up continuously.
    12. I have got a call from VOX person Named Mr. Ankit from Delhi on 29th Oct 2011 after 13 days from launching the complaints for the same.
    13. After telling him that i have received the faulty product from Naaptol & they committed refund while taking the order, so we want refund for
    the same, straightway he replied that we cant refund you & kept the phone.
    14. Again i called to Naaptol & told the same they reverted me that company will decide for refund we cant tell you anything about refund, but
    at the same time while taking the order they clearly told me that will refund if u receive faulty product.
    15. I continuously follow up with Naaptol they all time telling that you will get call within 48 hrs working days.
    16. Again after so many days later in Nov 2011 got call from VOX saying that we will not refund you but will replace your phone with newone &
    they sms me the address: ALPHA RADIO SHOP NO 1900 CHANDANI CHAWK DELHI, So after calling so many times to Naaptol finaaly i have
    sent the phone thru BLUE DART COURIER to the said address with AWB NO: 13313535852 on 9th NOV 2011 & the same is reached on 10th
    Nov 11. They told me that you will get the new phone within 7 working days that is upto max 20 Nov 2011.
    17. Till to day i have not received any phone from company, today is 29 the Dec 2011.
    18. I have complained so many times to Naaptol executives like Namrata, Bhavana, Haridas..etc about the same for refund, they all time told me
    that:
    I M TAKING YOUR COMPLAINT ON URGENT BASIS & WILL FORWORD THE SAME ON URGENT BASIS YOU WILL A GET CALL WITHIN 48 WORKING
    HOURS, PL WAIT TILL THAT TIME.
    19. After that completing 48 working hors when we called to Naaptol they replied with:
    I M TAKING YOUR COMPLAINT ON URGENT BASIS & WILL FORWORD THE SAME ON URGENT BASIS YOU WILL A GET CALL WITHIN 72 WORKING
    HOURS, PL WAIT TILL THAT TIME.
    20. Ok understand if we called after 72 working days then they reverted that:
    I M TAKING YOUR COMPLAINT ON URGENT BASIS & WILL FORWORD THE SAME ON URGENT BASIS YOU WILL A GET CALL WITHIN 48 WORKING
    HOURS, PL WAIT TILL THAT TIME. If we asked for them for senior executive they are saying that Senior aisa koi nahi hai aap wait kijiye
    aapko nishchint call aa jayega.
    21. After getting these answer frequently from Naaptol finally i have mailed to the ID given for complaints regarding the same. I have mailed no
    of times & they reverted after so may days that to his care team to resolve this client issue thats it only nothing action.
    22. Finally i have called to the no which i received from VOX mobile he is told me that i know you have send us ur mobile on 10th Nov 2011, but
    we dont have stock of new mobile so once we will get it will send your phone & we dont know in how many days will get it.
    23. Called to Naaptol told they saying that wait till stock come, we dont know how many days the stock will come.
    24. I have called no of times to VOX moblie person for my issue Mr. Deepak & Mr.Rajiv but they are not picking up calls.
    25. So, pl tell me where we go, as both Naaptol is picking up call & saying that wait & you will get a call within 48 Working hours & Vox person is not picking up any call.
    So, pl think by what intention i have ordrerd the phone to gift relative as Diwali Gift.
    So lastly, want to say that Naaptol people have a cheated alot, unhone bahut sataya hai, fasaya hai, bahuuuuut dhoka diya hai, thay have not stick with what they statements are given, so meri ye court se niveden hai unko bahut kadi se kadi sajaa de de.

    I want my refund asap as i already dispatched my phone to them on 10th Nov 2011.
    Phone Amount: Rs.3498
    Travel expenses to get the phone from courier office Kolhapur Rs. 200
    Courier charges to send the phone to Delhi by Blue dart Rs. 280
    Charges to send the mails from net cafe to Naaptol & Vox Co Rs. 500
    Phone call to Naaptol Customer care 9223516148/9223526148 Rs.2000
    Phone calls to Vox Delhi Mr. Ankit/Rajeev/Deepak Rs. 200
    Mortification/betrayel/cheating/mental harassment charges Rs.3500000
    Total Rs. 3506678 ( Thirty Five Lakh six thousand Six hundred & Seventy eight rupees only) wants the cheque asap otherwise we will go for further legal action with our closest relative Mr. Ujjwal Nikam for further proceedings.

    Now Naaptol Vendor VOX Co person Mr. Ankit have called me yesterday & saying that now i will send you immediately your phone, more to that he is saying that i have discussed with our senior person we will send you the blackberry phone to you.

    Is this a solution????

    Whats the use of giving everything which you have in this universe after, its of no value, where we stand now as we have committed to someone.
    Where is your commitment, i m asking when i received the faulty phone that anyway pl refund my amount after 10 days of placing the order as i wanted to gift your phone as Diwali gift to my relative, at that time u clearly reverted we cant refund you & i m followup you since 9th Oct 2011 today is 30 Dec, every time Naaptol & the Vendor Vox have cheated,betrayed/Mortrayed & also given so much mental haarasment by executive by giving the same answers I M TAKING YOUR COMPLAINT ON URGENT BASIS WAIT FOR 48 WORKING HOUR YOU WILL GET A CALL.

    So lastly i m saying you that you cant compare the money even 36Lakh which i said to the Mortification & Mental
    Harassment & also betrayal from Naaptol & Its Vendor, Kya aapne hamko pagal Samze ho kya? Kitna dhoka sahena kya?

    Dhoka dene ki had hoti hai sahab, 1bar thik hai, do bar thik hai, teen bar bhi thik hai, main lastly manata hu ki 10/20 bar bhi thik hai, iske aage who will bear?

    So refund asap the said money of Rs.36 Lakh.

    I had purchased mobile phone from Naaptol looking to the advt in news paper for Rs.3298.00. The same is not working from the day one. I tried to contact customer service centre of no. of times, but they are giving stereotype answers that you will get phone from CS within 48 working hours. I want my money back.

    Default Simply cheating and very bad service

    This is regarding order no 2698328.I had ordered sunglasses on 23oct2010.before placing order I inquired to naaptol customer care about my delivery area pin 402201.the customer care representative assured me to 402201 is deliverable area from naaptol so I placed order.but I didnt received my order or phone call from courier company to deliver my order.So I made so many complaints within 2 months about non deliver of my order.each time they assured me to deliver my order but failed every time.so they started process of refund.I checked my order status on naaptol web site it showed me the amount is refunded on 16thDec2011.But when I checked my bank account details there is no any refund made by them.This is simply cheating.I just send my bank account statement to backoffice.k@gmail.com as suggested by customer care.I am totally not satisfied with the service of naaptol.I got much mentally headache.also hundreds of times I called to customer care wasted much amont of money.I want my refund as well as compensation.

    I just checked my bank account my refund amount is credited in my account on 16jan2012.
    Thank you very much for quick action.But I am very doubtful for my future orders whether you will going to deliver my address with pin 402201 or not?
    Please warn Blue Dart courier if they could not deliver the parcel then they should not accept parcell and wasting your company's money and customers time.They just check pin code 402201 in their database and accepts the parcel and then without any notice/phone call/sms to consumer they just return from their office at panvel/vashi office.This cheats you by wasting your money.
    If you want to check this again I am ready to order again.shall I?
