To some of them who can able to sort me out like this kind of problem. My father went to buy a mobile in poorvika Mobiles in Adambakkam. he asked the sales executive to give a basic mobile from Nokia. Sales person had showed some mobiles in Nokia and other companies mobile from videocon. He had bought Videocon. My father is not sure about Videocon. when he came to house we noticed that its a Videocon mobile. Now the problem is the keypad of it is not working properly, so i just gone to the store with this problem. He told to come after a day. then he instructed to give the box piece of the product. i returned that back. the box piece is toned a little in front package and a piece of it been came off by the sales man when he opened the box. The sales man conquer that, as the box piece was toned we can offer you another mobile from the same model. we are not interested in buying Videocon, as i really want nokia or other branded companies. Kindly help me out to sort this problem
