    Default Ovez Communication Bangalore - Poor service

    Hello,
    I went to Ovez Communications, HTC Service Center Bangalore on 07.12.11 with a plea to replace the faulty earphones that came with HTC Salsa. The earphones were not available with them or with any other service center in Bangalore (the contact person called and checked..). They made a commitment to arrange for replacement by 14.12.11, but till date, i.e. 19.12.11 they still dont have the earphones, and tell me to wait till Saturday 23.12.11
    Does it take 15 days to service such a trivial issue?
    The lame excuse they provide is that I did not surrender my faulty earphone, but they only said it was not necessary, when I made the complaint. Moreover, the time taken to serve my request is not dependent on the possession or non-possession of earphones by a customer.

    Hi Guys,

    I was at Ovez Communications today as I had some charging trouble with my HTC EVO 3D phone that the charges works occassionally and sometimes does not get charged at all even after charging it for 2 - 3 hours continously.

    The staff were polite and courteous but noticed that they were grossly understaffed and had to spend my time from 1.00 pm to 5.15 pm to have my phone checked.

    They stated that the original usb charger cable was faulty and they do not have stock, so they have given me a spare cable stating that it would be replaced shortly. Going by the experience of others over here and myself waiting there for almost the whole day, and also seeing other irritated customers I am concerned if I made a proper selection by buying a HTC. Lets hope all gets well and my charger gets replaced soon.
