Sub: Complaint against your Defective mobile product & lake of ill respect sales service
of your service center at Ghatkopar (w). M/S. Jamson Telecom Services and
I WANT TO REPLACE MY DEFECTIVE MOBILE.( PRODUT NO.SCH-W169)

Dear sir / madam,

I purchase Samsung mobile model no.SCH-W169 from M/S.Priya Communics at ghatkopar east (enclosed invoice copy ) on 22nd jun 2011 after sum days I found that mobile was disconnect automatically in working of incoming calls, and outgoing calls I can not communicates at one time. I complaint to above store he misguide me that there is a networking problems. I go to Reliance web world center they justify that network is ok sum time call was dropped and when call was dropped call was totally disconnected my problem is that in communication default. I can hear other person voice on other side they can not hear my voice.
Then I come to your above service center and submit my complaint with invoice copy, my complaint No. 412243335 at above service center. they check my mobile they found defect in product and say that you have to live your mobile for 8 days we don’t have that surcitbord (component ) I request him that I don’t have standby mobile, and if you have please give me standby mobile because I totally depend on phone my business on phone. but they cant realized problems and duty of after sales service. Product is defective they have to replace me but they rudely behave and tell we will call you when component will came I badly realized that the company sale there defective product in market and cheat the people, Indian people are illiterate of his consumers rights so that they are fearlessly sale there product, I take this mater to Telecom regulatory authority, and also consumer court, and print & broadcast media.
I loss my money as communication charges, I loss my business because of repeatedly disconnections of phone I loss my concentrations and temperaments so I don’t want your mobile please give my money back and loss of business with tress of mind, and harassment of six months.
I communicate on your customer care No.30308282 C No.8437286454 Dt:14/12/2011 a conversation made with five disconnection of phone you can check out in your center miss NEHA was there and other five person I talk about my problems but they cant realized and call back me still today so your company attitude is same
I hope that you can understand my problems and give me justice if I cross the warranty period I go to the court and suit the file .
