Dear Sir,
I have purchased Nokia E5-00 on 26/10/2011,
Since then i found big gap between Call (Green) Menu key strip & Display & Keypad, which looks very bad (even china mobiles have good finishing).
I visited Nokia customer care center at Pune many times (since purchase) but in vain they wasted my time by saying we can't do this.
It’s a big gap (manufacturing defect), i have shown to customer care center, Pune, but in vain they replied we can't do anything to this you have to use as it is.
Finally decided to mail Nokia (support section) about the same problem, but they suggested me to submit handset again to Nokia care; again (2nd time) I submitted handset to Nokia care.
They have taken 10 days to repair; I was shocked to see handset again with the same problem; they did nothing to handset (without proper rectification measures they send handset to Nokia care).
Now again (3rd time) they told me to submit handset to Nokia care center, but Why should I submit handset again? & how many times I will have to submit my handset to Nokia care center? & how much longer do I have to wait for the same issue? Because already caused lot of inconvenience because of their service.
I personally feel that Nokia providing useless & unethical service/Product. I have experienced their service; they intended to waste consumer’s valuable time.
Please guide me for the same issue.
