My name is Vishal Sharma and i am using a Nokia C-6 handset from past 7months and now it started making problems with its speaker and front camera. When i went to Nokia Care in Tilak Nagar, New Delhi to get it repaired as nokia company offers one year warranty on their handsets the nokia care people checked my phone by just merely looking at it and they said that this phone is phyically demaged from inside and a part named flex assy will be changed and it is not covered in warranty so i will have to pay Rs.4500 for it despite the fact that the handset is still sealed with no tampering or any demage. When i said that this is not the way and why should i pay when the handset has started creating problems on its own then there manager said we cant do anything but we can give u a discount n u will have to still pay Rs.2800 to get it repaired. I hereby request the authorities to please look into the matter as i am highly harrassed and feeling cheated by Nokia. If they Can not provide a warranty against there devices and they provide handsets of such a cheap quality than they should not even offer a warranty.
