I purchased a spice Mi-301 from Spice hot spot 2nd April 2011. After purchasing I got more than 10 problems with the handset after one day of purchasing. I went to customer care center of spice in noida and told about that. They taken my handset and give after 15-20 days. After sometime, again I was starting facing issues with handset. I again went to customer care center and submit the handset and got back after 15-20 days. Again after sometime I faced different issues with handset. All this happen within 4 months of purchasing the handset. I mailed to Spice customer care and they generated a Complaint number for me (they did this before also) on 15th of Nov 2011. Latest complaint number if 0400002180. But till now I didn't get any response from them. I mailed to them about the status of the that complaint mumber but there is no reply till date. Also their customer care number is not working.


Now, please tell me what should I do? How can I get my money back? Can I go to consumer court for harassment and compensation?

Please suggest me.
