i brought a karbonn A1 phone on the 6th of nov 2011, and i have exchanged the phone for a new phone 4 times.. i stay in the outskrts of bangalore on sarjapura road, and the karbonn service centre i go to, for everytime, they issue a letter for exchange, is almost 20kms approx... i'm tired of my phone, not working properly with major defects, and now want a refund and value for my time and travel costs...
