I am Neeraj Singh from New Delhi. I had purchase a Dell Streak on June 2011. I agree, this device has some problem like it hangs time to time, restarts by itself and much more..
Starting this November 1st week (6th Nov 2011) the earpiece stop working. Very next day I called Customer Care no 1800-425-4050 and the representative give me the address of local Dell service center i.e. "Digicom Computers solution" Nehru Place on (11-11-2011).
I have submitted my faulty phone to them and they told me that I will be receiving my new phone (Replaced one) in next 10 days.
Now, today is 28th November and there is no any response from dell side. Could you ask them confirm when I I will be getting my phone..?
If there is an problem replacing the device please refund my money back (I will be more then happy).

My dell streak has been giving me this problem for months now; it's touch screen stops responding several times. I am unable to unlock my phone and sometimes I cannot even slide it to pick a call.
I went to the service centre where they said it's a calibration problem and rectified it ,saying that I won't be facing similar problems again. But even now I have to get my phone calibrated few weeks! and the need is becoming all the more frequent now.
I want quick action to be taken , and a replacement of the handset would be appreciated as the handset is having other problems as well.
Please tell me what is the procedure for getting it replaced.

I have a dell streak I got it 5 months ago and my phone screen got damaged dell is not ready to change it any how they are saying pay 11000 and take a new one no option is available to me what can I do wasted my in buying such a worst phone with worst after sales service if any one know where I get it repaired plz tell
