Purchased through PaisaPay ID 29672073797 from Ebay, my Ebay ID is vinay_t_in (Also lodged a complaint with Ebay, but they closed the call when i informed them that first phone was replaced and still have problem, they said we will close the complaint for now, you raise complaint again)

I purchased the iphone through Ebay on 13-08-2011 paying Rs. 33990 throught my Credit card.
Day1, It did not switch ON and work, i informed by Mr. Shuaib (Owner of eDeal stores) and shipped it back on 20-08-2011.
A replacement iphone was sent on 26-08-2011 with additional payment of Rs. 8500 on 24-08-2011 as i was informed that it is now second hand and will sell for less.
I had asked for Indian make working iphone with 1year warranty (with additional payment of Rs.8500), but again i received a phone which was from France telecom network which did not work (problems with phone hanging, atleast 5-8times a day with all applications, receiving calls, making calls etc.).
I sent back the mobile after confirmation from Mr. Shuaib that it will be repaired on 18-10-2011 (i was out of country for 1month, thus sent it late, took Mr. Shuaib's permision on this too, he agreed and informed me to use the phone and confirm how it works)

Since 18-10-2011, i have not received repaired / replacement mobile.

Mr. Shuaib is not responding for emails nor telephone calls.
He just sends me an one line email stating "your will receive it soon" - this is hapenning from last 1.5months.
