The Mobile Store located at C. G. Road Ahmedabad is famous for cheating consumers. I sent somebody there to get the sticker fixed on my Sony Ericsson Experia Neo V Screen with my newly purchased phone and the sticker that I received in my phone package. I thought ppl may charge 20 Rs. to fix it because I already owned it and just wanted it to be fixed on the screen. Can anybody imagine they charged 100 Rs. The next day I checked with a couple of more mobile stores about the same and they told we charge only 20 Rs. for this. I then went to The Mobile Store again to check and they started quarreling. I asked them to give their manager's name and phone number and surprisingly there were more than 1 person addressing himself as Manager. Absolutely no management, very rude and unprofessional staff. Not sure whether they want to continue with a good business or just want to spoil their image in the market followed by the business.
