I had purchased this Nokia C5-03 in the month of May'10 & since then almost for 13 times it has been submitted in the ASC named TELESOLUTIONS NOKIA CARE at Salt lake Sec V,Kolkata 91,with an average waiting period of 4 days on an average;i.e. 13 times * 4 days=52 days.
But the issue is not yet resolved and when I am saying to replace the handset they are just replacing the motherboard ,which is again a faulty one.The issue is still persisting and I am being harrassed like anything.

Issues:
  1. Internal Applications Like Facebook/Chat etc crashes
  2. Mail Applications does not Work
  3. Internal Memory Automatically gets full due to automatic power restart happens
  4. After motherboard replacement the display is flickering

It is not feasible for a customer to invest 10,000 and keep the phone at the ASC for almost 2 months altogether and keep running o get it done and at the end of everything the same issues are persisting.
Neither they are helping me to get a new replacement & nor they are allowing me to go for a higher version insted of that after paying the extra amount.
