I had purchased this Nokia C5-03 in the month of May'10 & since then almost for 13 times it has been submitted in the ASC named TELESOLUTIONS NOKIA CARE at Salt lake Sec V,Kolkata 91,with an average waiting period of 4 days on an average;i.e. 13 times * 4 days=52 days.
But the issue is not yet resolved and when I am saying to replace the handset they are just replacing the motherboard ,which is again a faulty one.The issue is still persisting and I am being harrassed like anything.
Issues:
- Internal Applications Like Facebook/Chat etc crashes
- Mail Applications does not Work
- Internal Memory Automatically gets full due to automatic power restart happens
- After motherboard replacement the display is flickering
It is not feasible for a customer to invest 10,000 and keep the phone at the ASC for almost 2 months altogether and keep running o get it done and at the end of everything the same issues are persisting.
Neither they are helping me to get a new replacement & nor they are allowing me to go for a higher version insted of that after paying the extra amount.
