I bought one sony ericcson mobile on 17/09/2010 model Zylo at the cost of 7800/-.The day i bought it hanged and after this, problem continues....

After that is start creating problems one by one :- First it's slider, if we opened that, mobile hanged,keypad will not work that time even the switch off one also

After some time Display has gone.

We went to service center they said that will cost 1500-2000 rs. and not gurrentee for further trouble free service.They said it is the issue with this type of Handset.


I bought this hanset because of "SONY" Name and this is we getting after trusting the brand name.Now it is fully not working i have to use another handset.


Plz tell me what to do and where to registered complain aginst as it is only one year to purchase that handset.
