on sept 3 i purchased a carbonn mobile k202 at rajendra mobiles, kasichetty lane , chennai. on nov 1st i faced some problem in display and suddenly the display was dead and cound not view the screen , mobile is in 1 year warranty i visited the autorized service centre located at egmore address:cell tech, montieh road , egmore. i regret to say till today i have not recieved my mobile phone and there is no proper response and ill treating customer. when i called up karbon customer care they neglect to take service issue complaints. the concern person name is mr.saran and he was upsonded and nobody is present to give reply. they are cheating me. kin dly help me and take some action on this cheaters.
