sir, i bought a mobile micromax Q55 on 13th Aug 2011 and its stoped doing when i disconnet the earphone.its shwing the connecting still therfore i cannot take the call to take the call i have to on loadspeaker.

i have surrender the phone & earphone to service centre at ranchi(jharkhand) on 7th Oct 2011.but still they will not providing my actual earphone there i was Purchas my hendset. i m very disappointed by the quality of your product. Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible.

please repair it or refund money so i can take the new earphone.
