    Default Nokia Care Complaints

    Hi ,
    I am ANIRBAN SINHA from Kolkata. I gave my Nokia 5320 Xpress Music Handset for a repair at the Nokia Customer Care located at Gariahat. After 3 weeks they returned me my phone charging me Rs 810/- for the service. That very day at the customer care i found at that the FM and the Bluetooth of my phone was not working. They were working on the day (31st Oct , 2011 ) when i gave it for repair. When I charged them they told that the IC for the FM and Bluetooth was rusted and got damaged while the phone was being repaired. And I cant do anything as in the job sheet it was mentioned that the phone could even go dead while repairing if any liquid entered the phone previously. However never ever my phone came in contact with any liquid. I also found that the facia was broken and the usb cover missing. When I came back home I found that the usb port has been damaged. Now im unable to transfer any data in my phone with booth bluetooth and usb damaged. Please help me. At my home when i checked my IMEI number I found that it doesnot match with the one printed on my bill , back cover of the phone. They have not taken my consent before replacing it and have replaced it with a damaged one. I doubt that they haven't repaired it.

    I purchased a nokia E5-00 device on 15th March 2012. On 17th the device stopped working: OVI services like Mail, Chat, Store and Music stopped working. The device started hanging.

    I went to the shop from where it was purchased, the shopkeeper rectified it and gave it to me.

    Second Time: Then on 26th April the device started giving same problem, I went to the Nokia Care, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. The device was rectified and given to me.

    Third time: Then on 1st May the device started giving same problem, I went to the Nokia Care, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. The device was rectified and given to me.

    Fourth time:Then on 14th May the device started giving same problem, I went to the Nokia Care, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi and deposited the device.

    Now the above shows that the device sold was faulty.
    Moreover I was harassed by Nokia customer care and Nokia Care Center.

    I have been using Nokia since 1996. But on seeing this response I literally hate Nokia.

    I am no longer interested in a repair or a replacement. I want my money back.

    Angry my nokia phone model x6 completely got spoiled after making repair at ur nokia dealer

    dear sir,
    i satya narayan mohapatro resident of jeypore in state of orissa.At my kolkatta visit i have given my phone to a nereast nokia dealer for repairig my touch screen glass.it was broken when my phone fell down.I have paid 1200 rs for it as they have asked me and after repairing i found that my phone was gettinj hang completely the touch screen dosent work at all.Next day when i went asked them for bill of spare parts or repairing they refused to give n repair it.they have repaired my phone with the local mechanic n spoiled my phone completely.the adress of the dealer is amber tele shoppe, chandini chowk,kolkatta.it is a platinum nokia member.i m very much unhappy with their work.

    Hi, I had purchased nokia lumia-710 a month ago. My charger is not working and yesterday I went to Nokia Care situtated in 'Sonkh Adda, Mathura'. I provided them the prinout of scan copy of bill, but refused to change my charger by saying that I have to show its original bill. I want to complaint for this issue. I told them i had purchased it a month ago and you can see it on your database. But still they didn't help me.

    I call the Nokia care helpline 080-30303838. I told them about the problem. The name of the executive was Sujin Raj. He told me that he can't do anything in the case and he can't register a complaint. I told him to forward my call to his senior, he said the seniors are busy and can't be contacted, I asked him when can I contact them he told to call after 3 hours.

    Locating a Nokia Care Centre (NCC) is very Easy !
    SMS “NCC<space>City Name” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.

    My name is Arjun Chaudhary, I had posted here on 19-May, my mobile's complaint. Today I have received a threatening letter from Nokia Care. The content of the letter is - The mobile has been rectified, The Nokia care has called me up many times and if I don't pick it within 7 days I will be responsible for the damage and loss of the device.
