I Bought one Nokia 701 handset from one shop on 16/10/2011 and Handset was dead on 8th nov. and after that i went to the nokia care and they get my handset in their custody and send it for L3 verification, when i called the Nokia care Line and asked them to replace my Handset they said it will be up to repair department what they will do with your Hand set and after that i regaularly calling them to know the status that wats going on regarding my Phone. I visted Nokia care also many time regarding this but they says that we don't have status regarding your phone and one day when i visit to nokia care they said your handset is replaced woth the new one and nokia cre line people are saying that your handset is repaired and the same handset is sending u back with some different IMEI and then I said them i Don't want repaired set i just want a new handset. as i recently bought this handset and they said sir we will not give a new handset we will just repair the handset. As the whole Handset is having problem it screen is also having some paches and it light is flooding out side. And even after that they are sending me a repaired Handset .


Kindly Tell me the solution Regarding this.
