Issues-vibrator not working, handset hanging, pc connectivity issue.
Solution provided- Handset swapped with another handset that is used have worn out body as my handset could not be repaired. IMEI numbers changed. NOTHING AS SUCH MENTIONED IN SERVICE RECEIPT OR WARRANTY

Kindly share is it justified that i be given a used handset under SWAP PROCEDURE when the handset develpd problem under 15-20 days.
The customer care is the worst i have seen as they dont have any boss or manager as per them.
service center guys are so unprofessional that they themselves dont knw wat they say and do.
