I bought this Nokia N85 (IMEI: 356376021738251) on 1st Jan.'09 for Rs.23,0000. But ever since then I have been facing software issues like restarting of the phone, Freezing of Applications and battery drain run out. Later on, one of its External speakers stopped working and now some of its keys stopped working. Within these 8 months I have found new problems arising every now and then. At present 2 days back 3 of its keys went inactive and I submitted this to an Authorized service center 111-433527 at Lajpat Nagar, and now they are saying its irreparable under Warranty as due to some water logging inside ALTHOUGH MY PHONE NEVER ENCOUNTERED with water ever till now, and even after taking care of my phone if there found any logging inside, then its there design problem of the product that let this happen so easily inside it. I need a free Repair or a Replacement.

Nokia had made it there policy to refuse servicing after sales n found it the best excuse. Check other's complaints all are same against nokia.
