    Default Complaints against the Nokia Care

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    I want to draw your kind attention towardsThe Nokia Care executive Nokia Care center,Communication Solution F-26/4, Okhla Phase -2, New Delhi- 110020, Sir Today (14-11-2011) I visited there Nokia Care center, because my phone Nokia C6 model having some Touch Screen Problem, touch screen was not working properly for the same i discussed with customer care executive and just after she hand over my phone to some technical person and after few minute they told me that sir you have to pay 3450 if you want to rectify your mobile phone problem and my Mobile phone is in under warranty, I bought my Nokia C6 Mobile Phone on 11-04-2011 from The Mobile Store Limited, Located at Shop No.11, Pocket H, Market Sarita Vihar New Delhi. invoice No.is 10700/2700082 the EMI noof the phone is 356994046190918 i am not able to spend said amount (3450) , there is only littele bit problem when i approched to the Nokia Care but when the returned my mobile to me it is not working at all and they are keep asking me for the Rs. 3450 and 500 more for the additional warranty I was tryed to discussed with sr. executive, but suddenly they become very furious and angry upon me and they are just trying to teach me a lesson that the phone which you buy from the Nokia it was your blunder Mistake.
    sir for the same I have allready registered my complain with Nokia Customer Care against customer Care Executive the Complaint No. is 1-11968445366,

    Dear sir,
    I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia c5-00 to Nokia care, “SURESH ELECTRONIC” Sangli (M.H). My job sheet no. is 2879 . My ESN/IMEI No. 353792046482498 . I submitted mobile on 8/11/2011 as it was not working properly. They returned me back on 10/11/2011 all fault raised by me were satisfied except installation of software( e.g. Nokia stores) . So the concerned person told me to left my mobile at Nokia Care only and told me to collect tomorrow. On 12/11/2011 I contacted the care for work progress they denied whenever mobile will be ok we will contact u but still date there isn’t a from your Nokia Care .Due to your this delay I m facing intense communication problem . So I request you to look into this matter .

    Angry Nokia x3-02 touch pad not working

    Hi All,

    I bought a new nokia X3-02 in July,2011 and within 6 months its touch pad started giving problems. I showed this to NOKIA CARE, ASHOK NAGAR and they told me they dont have stock of new touch pad so they will repair it and will return it one month time. I tried contacting them many times now and still i didnt get my mobile. They are telling me to come after one week every time I contact them. I dont understand whats happening with my mobile and whether I will get it back or not.

    I am very disappointed with the service provided by the NOKIA CARE CENTER. I will not hesitate to take this issue further.

    Angry nokia care delaying returning my cell phn

    hello
    my issue is i have bought nokia c6 in the mid of june 2011, after a month use it started hanging.. i approached nokia care many a times they jst update the soft ware n again aftr few weeks the handset faces the same problem this time i aaproached nokia care ekdalia park kolkata on 17th nov,2011 they also update my software n returned me back ... after few hours my display went blank.. i rushed back ... they said they willl return me within 3 to 4 days bt today i.e 23rd nov when i went to enquire abt my set they said tht my set has been sent to delhi n will get after 12days... without my set i am facing trouble could the nokia care provide their services a little faster rate... not at all satisfied with the service.... my jobsheet number is 265504886/111117/33.. kindly look after the matter n plz do the necessities so that i get my cell phone back...

    Default complaint for late of delevery of mobile

    I am an MBA student an living at navi mumbai, an i have submitted my Nokia x7 on nokia care of vashi telecom, due to the problem of starting it show the message of ''START UP FAILED CONTACT TO RETAILER'' so i gave it on 08/11/2011 and today is 25/11/2011. and now also they did't have any information about my phone show now what can i do. and my job sheet no. is 764504867/111108/212. should i have to make any complaint in consumer court or you will help me regarding my mobile phone.

    Default Handset Damaged , IMEI Changed After Repair

    Hi , I am ANIRBAN SINHA from Kolkata. I gave my Nokia 5320 Xpress Music Handset for a repair at the Nokia Customer Care located at Gariahat. After 3 weeks they returned me my phone charging me Rs 810/- for the service. That very day at the customer care i found at that the FM and the Bluetooth of my phone was not working. They were working on the day (31st Oct , 2011 ) when i gave it for repair. When I charged them they told that the IC for the FM and Bluetooth was rusted and got damaged while the phone was being repaired. And I cant do anything as in the job sheet it was mentioned that the phone could even go dead while repairing if any liquid entered the phone previously. However never ever my phone came in contact with any liquid. I also found that the facia was broken and the usb cover missing. When I came back home I found that the usb port has been damaged. Now im unable to transfer any data in my phone with booth bluetooth and usb damaged. Please help me. At my home when i checked my IMEI number I found that it doesnot match with the one printed on my bill , back cover of the phone. They have not taken my consent before replacing it and have replaced it with a damaged one. I doubt that they haven't repaired it.

    Hello,
    I am AYUSH from Rewari and want to complain about the balance deduction by airtel .Re.1 is deducted from my prepaid account daily to reduce my call rates i.e. half paisa/sec on other networks and 1 paisa/6 sec airtel to airtel. But now my balance is deducted according to 1.2 paisa/sec and when i complain abuot that then they say that they don't gave any such records of balance deduction. Please help me to resolve this issue.I have recharged my account 3 times in last 10 days due to this problem.

THE ONE THEY HAVE GIVEN ME HAVE A DIFFERENT IMEI NUMBER AND THE FM , USB AND BLUETOOTH IS DAMAGED. PLEASE HELP ME.

    I purchasd Nokia C5 phone id Dec 2010 from Nokia Priority dealer,Noida.. since past 2 months my phone started Giving Error "PHONE START UP FAILED,CONTACT THE RETAILER".. I had given my phone to the Nokia care for the solution..They installed an u[dated OS version into my phone but nw it is giving the same Error Msg again.. Plz tell me wat to do.

    I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia E 63 to Nokia care, Center "apex tel". My job sheet no. is 6163 . My ESN/IMEI No. 359319029080760 . I submitted mobile on 24/11/2011 as it was not working properly. They returned me back on 8/2/12. my mobile is submitted till date . but my mobile is not repair till date & same problem .On 18/04/2012. I contacted the nokia care for work progress they denied whenever mobile will be ok we will contact u but still date there isn’t a from your Nokia Care .Due to your this delay I m facing intense communication problem . So I request you to look into this matter & i am paying the Rs. 600 on Dt.-24-11-11 for nokia care centre" APEX TEL " Branch Apex Distributors 80 Ft. Rode Brahma Nagar Kanpur

    Default “Nokia Care” Mobile solutions. Carelessness.

    “Nokia Care” Mobile s My Nokia 700 , bought 6 months back 700, battery was getting discharged . My wife Dr Rekha gave it to Nokia Care at Aurangabad. She was told that its under guarantee & will take care. Nothing else was told. Late evening I got mobile back without any data !!!!!!.
    Next morning I went to ask them. Person on counter told that do not worry we will give backup. Phone was taken in & after 10 minutes , I was told that we do not take any backup. When told that we were not given any idea before you took for repair- they spoke very arrogantly. One engineer (?) came from inside & told “ ham yahi kam karenge kya . Vo tumhari jimmewari hai “. They said it written on back of service job sheet. We were not given this job sheet. When I demanded a copy of it, it is not signed. He took my sign then where I wrote NOT satisfactory remark.
    Nowhere in the Centre there was notice that your data will be lost if you give handset for repair.
    They gave me partial contacts data from my old mobile but I lost all other important data .
    As illiterate consumer I expect that Nokia Care should make sure that customer understands beforehand. If needed, they can charge for backup. There should be bold notice that we do not take back up & you will sure loose all your data & the engineers should be taught not to be arrogant.
    Can Nokia Care, start caring for consumer ?
