Good Evening sir/ma'am

I have to comlaint against Nokia service centre setor 4 Vaishali Ghaziabad. I have submitted my handset at the very centre for repair on 12/5/2011 .
I have called them several times if my handset is ready or not. But they say every time that your handset is in Nokia Headoffice . They always say that, they will inform me as soon as they get my handset. I have called them several times but there is no good response for them. I request you to please take legal action against them.
