I am residing at Verem GOa. purchase nokia handset 5220 xpressmusic in Feb 2009. it stopped working in JUl first week.i took it to nokia care they told me its damaged by water when i told them it has not been exposed to water they told me it could be sweat i said i dont sweat that it goes inside mobile. i asked them if its humidity problem they said it could be. I asked them then its not customers problem and the warranty cover should be given specially when goa is such a humid place they dint reply me and said they cant help me.Also i am not sure if its damaged due to water since i couldnt see the water mark they were trying to show and i dont have any technical expertise in that. i would also like to mention that the way the staff and manager attend to customer is not upto mark and in front of me atleast three people had trouble with staff within half an hour.
THis is my second handset with same prob i wold appreciate if some action is initiated in this respect
